Cultural Infusion, the developer of Diversity Atlas, today announces a new partnership with Inclusion Wins, a global cooperative of some of the best experts of product and service providers focused on people-related solutions for organisations of all sizes.

Its focus areas include diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), culture transformation and development coaching that  uncover the precise inputs and capabilities required to build generative cultures.

Cultural Infusion has been building a strong network of partners and clients locally and globally for a decade, who are contributing towards our vision and mission of building a culturally harmonious world.

The purportedly African proverb: “If you want to go fast, go alone; but if you want to go far, go together,” talks about the collective approach to social responsibility and how driving change is a good way to describe the essence of both our organisations’ values and purpose.

The value that organisations can provide to their own communities by providing more equitable workplaces is huge, not only in becoming more effective organisations, but in helping build better communities. As Inclusion Wins puts it, “Inclusion is the Most Significant Factor in Maintaining your Competitive Edge… “

With ‘’The Great Resignation” seeing workers quit their jobs at historic rates, many people are rethinking their values with their careers, work/life balance, long-term goals, and working conditions which is highlighting the importance that people are placing on the type of place they want to work in. Organisations that demonstrate a commitment towards more inclusive and equitable workplaces will have a competitive edge.

To be competitive in today’s multi-faceted, mulit-cultural world, an organisation must be hyper personalised with their workforce. Organisations need not only a thorough understanding of the cultural and diversity mix but also the intercultural competencies to effectively lead and manage them. A trusted, data driven approach is key.

Amri Johnson, Inclusion Wins Founder and CEO said of the new partnership agreement: “Diversity is complex. What is currently measured in organisations reduces our diverse selves into categories that are only a narrow slice of who we are. We are so much more.

“We are excited to partner with Diversity Atlas to bring organisations a confidential self ID that allows their people to quickly and inclusively share the breadth of their identities.”

Peter Mousaferiadis, CEO and Founder of Cultural Infusion said, “I have always admired and valued the work Amri does in this space and we are humbled to formalise our partnership. Diversity Atlas has been a culmination of tireless work since 2014 to bring to the world a leading platform to help us understand the teams and places we work in.

“Inclusion Wins brings incredible value to organisations that want to thrive. Our combined experience and expertise can help them do that in new, innovative, more effective ways”.
