World Braille Day

World Braille Day held on the birthday of the inventor of braille, Louis Braille, this day raises awareness and celebrates importance of braille for the visually impaired. The UN created this day in 2019 to raise public awareness around the world about the importance of Braille as a means of communication for blind and partially sighted people.
